D. Keith Walker
Senior Pastor
Keith, a native of Farmers Branch, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, has had a lifelong commitment to his faith and community. In 1978, he married his high school sweetheart, Kim. Keith pursued higher education at a Bible college in Texas, earning his Bachelor’s degree.
Keith furthered his theological studies by completing several semesters of Seminary. He gained valuable experience as a Youth Pastor and later as an Associate Pastor at various churches in the Dallas area. These experiences solidified his calling, leading Keith and Kim to become Village Missionaries in 1982. They have been blessed with four children and are proud grandparents to numerous grandchildren, ranging in age from teenagers to toddlers.
Over the past thirty-nine years, Pastor Keith and Kim have dedicated themselves to serving communities in Alberta (Canada), Colorado, South Dakota, California, and Nevada. In 2001, Keith was asked to serve on the National Board of Village Missions as the missionary representative, a position he has gladly accepted and continues to hold.
Keith and Kim began their ministry at Pahrump Community Church in July 2005, embarking on a new chapter of their lives. Their unwavering commitment to their congregation and faith has left a lasting impact on those they have encountered. Keith reflects on his journey with gratitude, knowing that he has faithfully followed his calling and positively influenced the lives of many.
