Job Title: Assistant/Associate Pastor, full time

Pahrump Community Church (PCC) in Pahrump, NV is seeking a full-time Assistant/Associate Pastor. This is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant church community with ample freedom and support to make a meaningful impact. The Assistant/Associate Pastor will have various weekly responsibilities, including sharing the Gospel, providing spiritual support, leading worship services, teaching ministries, and engaging with children and families.

Primary qualifications include a personal faith in Jesus Christ, a calling to pastoral ministry, a ministry-related degree, and alignment with the church’s doctrinal statement. Secondary qualifications include a passion for the great commission and music ministry.

While preaching is not a weekly requirement, there will be opportunities to develop in that area. PCC is committed to integrating outreach ministries into the church family, and the pastoral staff is supported and cared for by the congregation. Pahrump is a growing town with both rural and modern amenities.

PCC has a long history and maintains a small-town, rural church feel. The church is autonomous, non-denominational, and affiliated with Village Missions, supporting missions work at home and abroad. Worship services focus on expositional teaching, with a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs. PCC also runs a preschool and community Christian academy.
